Chabad Suite Support: How It Works

Community Engagement: WhatsApp Group

  • Purpose: A vibrant community for sharing ideas, tips, and best practices among Chabad Suite users.

  • How to Join: Submit a support ticket with your number to request to be added

  • Expectations: This is a space for community support and engagement. While we love to see the exchange of ideas, please note that Chabad Suite staff do not track questions here, and responses to every question are not guaranteed.

Technical Support: Support Tickets

  • Purpose: Direct support for any "how-to" questions or issues with standard platform features.

  • How to Submit a Ticket: Go to Administration > Support > Submit Support Ticket.

  • Response Time: Expect a response within 24 business hours or less.

  • Scope of Support: Our team is here to assist with platform-related concerns or issues. Note that the support agent will guide you on using the platform's tools and features but will not perform tasks on your behalf. Clients are expected to have in-house capabilities to administer the platform.

  • (New Pilot) Additional Support: For complex issues that cannot be fully addressed in a ticket, you will be able to schedule a 15-minute call with an agent after submitting a detailed ticket that describes the issue.

Custom Work and Consultations

  • Purpose: Tailored support and solutions for Shluchim’s additional or advanced needs.

  • Includes: Data migrations, consultations, and training as well as the creation and maintenance of custom reports, custom workflow automation, and custom form apps.

  • How to Request: Submit a ticket indicating your need for custom work.

  • What to Expect: Our team will work with you to understand your needs and provide you with excellent and affordable, tailor-made solutions.

  • Cost: $150/hr

Other Services

  • Billing Concerns and Feature Requests: If you have billing questions or would like to suggest new features, please submit a ticket through the same support channel.
