Q. I set up Stripe but the recurring contributions are not coming into the CRM how can we fix this?
A. First, go to: yoursite.chabadsuite.net/civicrm/stripe/fix-webhook (make sure to replace yoursite.chabadsuite.net with the link to your Chabad Suite account. (example: mysite.chabadsuite.net or www.chabadmytown.com)
From there click the 'Update/Create Webhook' button. If you receive an error message, then you need to go to your stripe account click on the developer's tab.
Then underneath it click webhooks. From there you will need to delete the webhooks connected to your Chabad Suite account. You will see the URL there showing your site name.
Then go back to 'yoursite.chabadsuite.net/civicrm/stripe/fix-webhook' and click the 'Update/Create Webhook' button.
