The iChessed integration allows donations processed through iChessed to be automatically imported into your Chabad Suite CRM.
Step 1: Send Your Webhook URL to iChessed
Email contact@ichessed.com and provide them with your Chabad Suite webhook URL:
https://www.[yourdomain.com]/civicrm/ichessed/webhook
Replace [yourdomain.com] with your actual website domain. Example:
https://www.chabadofmytown.org/civicrm/ichessed/webhook
Step 2: Receive Your Secret Key
Once iChessed has configured the webhook, they will provide you with a secret key.
Step 3: Enter the Secret Key in Chabad Suite
In your Chabad Suite CRM, navigate to: Administer > System Settings > iChessed. Enter the secret key provided by iChessed and save your changes.
Important Note
iChessed webhooks are processed once per hour. As a result, donations will not appear immediately in the CRM after they are made. Please allow up to one hour for new donations to be imported.
