Email Capacity & Billing Guide

To better support growing organizations and higher email activity, Chabad Suite offers flexible options for managing monthly email capacity without requiring a platform upgrade.

All plans include a set number of emails each month. If your organization needs additional capacity, you can choose between discounted add-on packages or pay-as-you-go overage.

Email Options

Email Add-On Packages (Best Value)

Email add-ons allow you to expand your monthly email allowance at a discounted rate.

Pricing

$0.0025 per additional email

Add-ons are available in multiple package sizes and can be managed directly from your account dashboard.

This option is recommended for organizations that regularly send higher volumes of email.

Pay-As-You-Go Overage

If your account exceeds its included monthly email allowance without an add-on package, additional emails will be billed automatically.

Pricing

$0.005 per additional email

This option provides flexibility for occasional spikes in email activity without committing to a package.

Billing Schedule & Rules

Monthly Billing Date

All email-related billing occurs on the 1st of each month.

Overage Billing

If your account exceeds its email limit:

  • Overage charges are calculated for the previous calendar month
  • The total overage amount is billed on the 1st of the following month

Example

If you exceed your limit in March, overage charges will be billed on April 1.

Add-On Billing

Email add-ons are billed in advance.

  • Charges apply for the upcoming month
  • Billing occurs on the 1st of each month

Adding an Add-On Mid-Month

If you purchase an add-on during the middle of a month:

  • The add-on applies retroactively from the 1st of that month
  • It remains active for the following month as well
  • Billing covers the full month regardless of purchase date

This ensures consistent capacity and simpler billing.

Minimum Commitment

All email add-ons require a minimum two-month commitment.

After the two-month period, add-ons can be canceled at any time from your dashboard.

Managing Your Email Capacity

You can:

  • Monitor email usage from your dashboard
  • Purchase add-ons anytime
  • Adjust or cancel add-ons after the minimum commitment
